2015 has certainly been the year of the faith-based film! Recently War Room was the #1 movie in America. Woodlawn the true story of how God brought about racial reconciliation during integration in Birmingham Alabama will be showing in theaters across the nation in October. And the new film Captive starring David Oyelowo and Kate Mara premieres nationally today (9/18). You may remember the news story that this film is based on (from 2005) involving a hostage situation in Atlanta where a woman is kidnapped by an escaped convict for several hours. Through their ordeal both find forgiveness through faith.
